What's Up? Hope your cellars are full and your customers are thirsty and wish you a great Easter...
At dinner last night talking to my kids I was horrified that in their upbringing I had failed - with Easter in mind - to make sure they had seen the Life of Brian... to punish them for their ignorance [even though my fault] I then tried to sing "Always look on the bright side of life" ... hummm if you know the film, that is now stuck in your head for the weekend - sorry... Apache Rose Peacock maturing in cask and can be released end of next week... American Amber Ale - fruity 4.2%... On my palate more than just a hint of blackcurrant... the folks in their 20s, 30s and 40s here think it is going to be a big win... it is good beer and well made - for my palate I would not chose it over a Lady Eleanor at the moment [if I told you every beer we release was the best beer evah! in my opinion, you'd be nuts to believe me] but we're all different and I might change my tune in a week or two as it gathers conditioning.
