At Triple fff Brewery, we work hard to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

• Triple fff currently deliver within Triple fff Delivery Routes, all of Hampshire & Surrey and parts of Berkshire, Sussex and Greater London.

• We offer delivery nationwide via Royal Mail and other couriers too.

• If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us at sales@triplefff.com to discuss possible options.

2. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• We use trusted third-party couriers for deliveries.

• If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

8. Click & Collect (if offered)

• Orders can be collected directly from our brewery taproom/shop at Triple fff Brewery, Station Approach, Four Marks, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 5HN.

• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

• Proof of age and order confirmation must be shown at collection.

9. International Shipping

• At this time, we do not ship internationally (if applicable).
