Triple fff Brewery Code of Conduct

Introduction

At Triple fff Brewery, we are committed to creating a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all our customers, visitors and staff.  Our values of creativity, commitment and integrity are key to all we do at TRiple fff, and this is essential in out relationships with our customers and visitors. 

This Code of Conduct outlines our behaviour expectations for everyone, whether visiting our taproom, visiting our shop or brewery, online, and when engaging with the TRiple fff brand. 

Respect 

Everyone should be treated with respect, courtesy and equality. Discrimination, bullying, harassment and offensive behaviour of any type will not be tolerated. 

Responsible Drinking

We champion responsible enjoyment of our beers. Intoxication that impacts negatively on the environment or that causes risk to others is not acceptable. Staff have the right to refuse service if safety or well-being is being compromised. 

Safety & Security

All visitors should conduct themselves in a safe manner and follow instructions, as required from staff. Weapons, illegal substances and unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. 

Inclusivity

We have a zero tolerance approach to discrimination, this includes: sexism, homophobia, racism, disability discrimination, as well as any behaviour that threatens harm or insult based on protected characteristics. 

Respect for Property

We require that the premises, equipment and personal belongings of others are respected. Vandalism, theft, misuse of facilities will be treated extremely seriously. 

Online Conduct

Communication on online platforms should meet the same standards of respect and courtesy as expected in person. Inappropriate insulting or misleading behaviour virtually may result in restricting or blocking access.

Staff Interaction

Ensure that all Triple fff staff are treated with consideration; they are trained to enforce this Code of Conduct for the benefit of the whole Triple fff community, and they will make decisions in the interests of safety and courtesy.

Consequences

Failure to abide by the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the premises, denial of service, and banning from  future access or events. Major or recurring violations may result in legal action. 

Reporting Concerns

If you witness or experience behaviour that contravenes this Code of Conduct, please inform staff immediately. All reports will be handled sensitively and confidentially.
